You will lead and mentor teams, providing healthcare expertise, guiding strategic initiatives, and ensuring excellence across client projects. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including account management, research, and analytics, to drive actionable insights and support prelaunch and existing brand strategies. You will interact with key stakeholders, advise on payer strategy, and represent the team in client-facing initiatives and industry forums. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Access Experience Team to deliver high-quality client solutions and strategic initiatives
  • Provide healthcare expertise to guide payer strategy, prelaunch planning, and ongoing brand management across multiple clients
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering client projects, ensuring alignment of internal and external objectives
  • Conduct market research, interviews with advisors, and competitive simulations to generate actionable insights
  • Assist in new business development by contributing to research, proposal preparation, and client presentations
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of education and training for clients and internal teams
  • Manage multiple client priorities, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Represent the team at industry events and maintain awareness of market trends and payer dynamics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (PharmD, MD, MBA, MS) highly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical or pharmacy management, payer organizations, health systems, or equivalent settings
  • Experience with formulary management, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees, and specialty pharmaceuticals across pharmacy and medical benefits
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and present client-facing materials and communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Skilled in collaboration, multitasking, project management, and team mentorship
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client and industry engagements
