This role is responsible for driving strategic relationships with global system integrators (GSIs), regional SIs, and leading accounting firms to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. You will lead the development of joint go-to-market strategies, strengthen executive and field-level engagement, and expand the influence of the platform across partner ecosystems. The position requires a strong combination of relationship management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will operate in a dynamic, matrixed environment, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure measurable outcomes. - Grow a defined portfolio of strategic SI and accounting firm partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for senior partner stakeholders.
- Lead regular business reviews with partners to align priorities, review performance metrics, and advance joint programs.
- Develop executive and field-level relationships to increase engagement, mindshare, and collaboration within partner organizations.
- Execute annual and multi-year joint go-to-market plans, including “sell-with” and “sell-to” strategies to drive pipeline, co-selling effectiveness, and attach rates.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within partner ecosystems, including new service lines, regions, or solution areas.
- Collaborate across teams—including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Loyalty—to align campaigns, enablement, and sales plays to joint objectives.
- Track performance metrics such as ARR contribution, pipeline, influenced revenue, and partner engagement, using data to inform strategy and corrective actions.
- Support joint solution development initiatives and ensure partners are equipped with training, tools, and resources to position and deliver solutions effectively.
- 8+ years of experience in public accounting, enterprise technology partnerships, channel management, or strategy consulting.
- Proven experience managing strategic partnerships with GSIs, regional SIs, or large accounting firms.
- Track record of executing joint business plans that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders within matrixed organizations.
- Experience driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue growth.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to apply AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
