Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Modality: Full-time, on-site position with potential for occasional work-from-home days.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and oversee the work of the inside account manager team
- Coach, evaluate and monitor account mangers efforts and performance
- Set and track sales targets and KPI’s • Coordinate projects specific to the team to meet deadlines
- Execute sales analysis, prepare reports for the team and management, and suggest improvements
- Account management as needed for additional support with Key Accounts
- Prepare and execute an overall plan for the team to exceed stated goals
- Suggest and implement improvements in the processes the team is utilizing
- Creatively solve roadblocks for the team to be successful
- Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) and AI tools (GONG) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate notes.
What you have:
- Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment, build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and work independently with limited supervision.

- Strong time management and organizational experience.
- Flexible - readily adjusts strategy and tactics to meet evolving needs of our business
- Drives for Results - highly productive while maintaining a calm, fun loving, and always professional demeanor.

What will make you stand out:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of building/leading an inside sales team in the B2B space.
- Technologically savvy and experienced with CRM software, phone dialer systems and AI tools.
- Retail or wholesale industry experience preferred. Equipment finance a plus.
