About This Role

Care Team Manager (RN) exists to lead and support Medical Assistants while providing clinical guidance to ensure care is delivered efficiently, accurately, and with compassion. This role serves as a critical bridge between clinical care and operations—helping teams deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every member.

In this role, you will:

Lead and develop a team of Medical Assistants, providing real-time support, coaching, and clinical guidancePartner closely with providers and care teams to ensure coordinated, efficient, and patient-centered careSupport clinical decision-making and help guide teams through more complex or sensitive situationsImprove how care is delivered by identifying gaps, removing friction, and optimizing workflowsDirectly impact member experience by ensuring care is timely, accurate, and easy to navigate

In this role, you will:

Lead and develop Medical Assistants through hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing supportCoordinate care by partnering with providers, case managers, and care teams to ensure a seamless member experienceOptimize operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutionsStandardize workflows, SOPs, and documentation practices to improve consistency and qualitySupport escalations by stepping in on complex or sensitive cases requiring leadership oversightDrive accountability by monitoring performance metrics and ensuring consistent team outputCollaborate with Claims, Care Logistics, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams

We’re looking for someone who:

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license3+ years of clinical experience (care coordination, triage, case management, or similar preferred)2+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceStrong clinical judgment and ability to guide care decisionsProven ability to coach, develop, and lead teamsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled environmentA people-first mindset with a passion for helping othersWhy Join Redirect Health
