RivrHub helps clients achieve their goals in terms of image and sales on Amazon, handles the entire fulfilment and inventory management process and provides timely reporting that summarizes these activities for the client.

The Role:
The Brand Manager role is key to the continued success and achievement of our business's growth goals. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal resources, playing an integral part on our team by owning the development of brand strategies, overseeing daily performance, and driving continued success for a portfolio of Amazon accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Strategy: Act as the primary point of contact, translating brand elements into actionable Amazon growth plans and long-term strategies.
• Account Oversight: Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central, monitoring health metrics and identifying sales opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: Measure and communicate performance data clearly, providing clients with influential insights rather than just raw numbers.
• Project Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts, ensuring high-quality execution.

Qualifications:
• Education: BS/BA degree in a related field preferred.
• Amazon Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central (Walmart & TikTok experience is a plus).
• Brand Management: 2+ years of experience in brand or marketing management with a proven track record of client retention.
• Analytical & Creative: Proficiency in sales reporting and the ability to turn complex data into compelling visual narratives.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-level client engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Location:
• This is a full-time, on-site role at our Oklahoma City headquarters.
