About the role

MARIOFF Sp. z o.o. is a dynamically growing and modern company that has been operating for many years in the fire protection industry, providing comprehensive services in the field of technical consulting, design, installation, and commissioning of fire protection systems in Poland and abroad. Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Higher technical education (Mechanical, Building Services or Environmental Engineering, or related fields),
  • 3+ years of experience in the implementation of construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office package
  • Knowledge of English (communicative level, B1-B2)
  • Independence, commitment, and good work organization skills
  • Communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Willingness to develop professionally and improve qualifications

Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:

  • Experience in designing sanitary/plumbing/hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge of Revit

Responsibilities

  • Supervision over the execution of contracts and cooperation with the Project Manager,
  • Preparation of design documentation for sanitary installations in cooperation with the designer (AutoCAD / Revit),
  • Cooperation with the construction site in the coordination of works and preparation of installation drawings and as-built documentation,
  • Coordination of cooperation with subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiation of cooperation terms,
  • Control of material demand and ordering of materials,
  • Responsibility for project deadlines, quality, and budget,
  • Ongoing cooperation with the investor at all stages of project implementation,
  • Preparation of valuations for additional works and cost control and optimization,
  • Supervision over contract, acceptance, and as-built documentation,
  • Preparation and negotiation of contracts and annexes,
  • Reporting on the physical and financial progress of implemented projects.
