Sales Executive at Superior Rigging and Erecting Co – Orlando, Florida

We are seeking an experienced Crane & Rigging Sales Executive to drive profitable growth across Central Florida. This role is responsible for developing customer relationships, creating new work, and ensuring all proposed crane and rigging solutions are technically sound, operationally executable, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure profitable crane and rigging opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and owners.
• Prepare accurate pricing, scopes, and proposals using Fleet Cost and Care.
• Conduct jobsite evaluations to support scope and execution planning.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Project Management to align sold work with field execution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer records.

Performance Expectations

• Consistent delivery of profitable, executable backlog.
• High-quality pricing and technical accuracy.
• Strong collaboration with field and project leadership.
• Active customer engagement and jobsite presence.
• Professional representation of company values and safety culture.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven sales experience in crane, rigging, heavy lift, or construction services are strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
