As a Bellperson, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart. From assisting with luggage and escorting guests to their rooms, to sharing insider tips about the resort and local attractions, you’ll help create seamless, stress-free stays filled with warm, personalized service.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery
• Escort guests to rooms and provide an overview of resort amenities and services
• Deliver packages, amenities, and special requests promptly
• Offer helpful information about dining, activities, and local attractions
• Work closely with Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, and Concierge to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and bell area

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, service-oriented personality with a passion for guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport luggage (up to 75 lbs) and remain active throughout the shift
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
