As a Clinical Support Specialist, you’re the heartbeat of the clinic—supporting patients and providers with exceptional service, clinical assistance, and smooth coordination of care.

• 🤝 Welcome patients & deliver top-tier customer service

• 🏥 Room patients, prep exam rooms & collect medical histories

• ❤️ Take vitals, assist with basic procedures & delegated testing

• 🧪 Perform blood draws & specimen collection

• 🗂️ Process paperwork (FMLA, medical forms) & document in the EMR

• 🔒 Maintain HIPAA compliance & support daily clinic operations

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED (required)

• 🏥 0–2 years healthcare/clinical experience (preferred)

• 📜 Medical Assistant certification (AAMA or NHA – preferred)
