Position Summary

Milner is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our service operations team. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, creating service tickets, and ensuring seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others, thriving in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding service needs, supply request, and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Strive to resolve customer issues in a way that ensures a positive customer experience.
• Ability to work with minimal Supervision.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and Parts Team, as needed.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
• Create, update, and close service tickets using ServiceNow and E-automate.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative roll.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Work in areas which require attention to detail in a varied environment.
• General office environment. May spend long hours sitting or standing.
• Some physical effort is required which may involve bending, reaching, stretching, or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 60 pounds.
