Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support for an Intelligence Community customer. This role will provide high-level executive coordination and Front Office support. You will provide senior-level administrative management, scheduling, decision-tracking, and executive correspondence support to senior Government leadership.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, phone coverage, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external meetings across multiple systems.
- Coordinate Front Office workflow activities in alignment with Intelligence Community processes and procedures.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, briefings, and executive-level communications.
- Track executive decisions and action items to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visit requests, and protocol requirements.
- Interface with senior leaders across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
- Maintain executive records and documentation in accordance with applicable policies.
- Support preparation for high-level meetings, engagements, and official events.
- Support onboarding/offboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate and support office space logistics.
- Ad-hoc support as a Time & Attendance (T&A) timekeeper for the Front Office.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
Minimum eight (8) years of demonstrated experience supporting senior executives within Intelligence Community agency(-ies).
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
Demonstrated experience managing executive-level scheduling and coordination across multiple systems.
Demonstrated experience preparing cables to support international travel.
Demonstrated experience drafting and editing executive correspondence and briefing materials.
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent executive priorities within a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting senior leaders with varying operational styles and authorities.
- Experience supporting a demanding, fast-paced customer environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
