Project Manager III

As a Project Manager III, you will be responsible for overall management and administration of technical consulting engagements throughout the project lifecycle. You will be accountable for schedule, risk management, communication, scope, budget, client satisfaction, project quality and ensuring the team follow established delivery methodologies. You may use agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies and will work with teams that are cross-functional, global and virtual.
Responsibilities
  • Understand client goals, scope and expectations; articulate to team project purpose
  • Establish a project schedule and manage to scope and budget
  • Establish high level roadmap as well as delivery cadence utilizing agile principles
  • Provide meeting agendas, meeting notes and status/progress reports
  • Manage communications within project team and with stakeholder
  • Monitor Progress and burn rates as a method for tracking and reporting progress
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and clearly articulate options or next steps
  • Continually drive project to completion while keeping client business goals and needs in focus
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management or a related field
  • Agile, waterfall and hybrid project management experience
  • 3 years Custom application development project delivery experience
  • Professional services industry experience
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops or Jira for agile project delivery
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with implementing Microsoft technologies

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $120,000 - $150,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
