Job Summary
The Arts Administration Program in the College of Fine Arts is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Staff Support Associate II to join our team of dedicated staff and faculty. Serving as the first point of contact for the program, the incumbent will provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The Department of Arts Administration is the first stand-alone department in the field in the United States. The department currently offers two degree programs; values innovation in pedagogical models; the advancement of research in the field of Arts Administration; and collaboration among faculty, students, staff, and community. This position is responsible for Marketing, Administrative Support, Fiscal Support, and Academic Activities. Duties include coordinating the Chair and department schedules; updating and maintaining all department databases, Listservs and website; managing department Procard; and making travel arrangements; space reservation; and more.
