Locker Room Attendant at SHADY HOLLOW COUNTRY CLUB INC – Massillon, Ohio

Reports to: Locker Room Manager

Men’s Locker Rom Attendant- Key responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive shoe care services, including cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, conditioning, and proper storage.
• Perform individual and full spike replacement services for members and guests.
• Maintain exceptional standards of customer service while ensuring the locker room is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
• Complete opening and closing procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing surfaces, cleaning of bathrooms, cleaning showers and emptying waste receptacles.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper upkeep of the sauna area.
• Launder, dry, fold, and organize towels to ensure consistent availability for members and guests.
• Assist with food running and other clubhouse support duties as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, energy, and trustworthiness in all interactions with members, guests, and team members.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in a private, resort, or public golf course environment (preferred but not required).
