This role offers the opportunity to support adult learners in achieving their educational goals through a highly consultative and student-centered admissions experience. You will guide prospective students through key decision-making moments, helping them navigate barriers and confidently move toward enrollment. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will serve as both advisor and advocate, ensuring every interaction delivers clarity, empathy, and value. The position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset to engage diverse learners across multiple channels. You will play a key role in driving enrollment growth while contributing to student success from the very first interaction. This is a mission-driven role where your work directly supports access to higher education and long-term student achievement.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions journey using a consultative approach to identify needs, address concerns, and support enrollment decisions
- Communicate the value of programs clearly and effectively to drive conversion and meet enrollment growth targets
- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and progress within CRM systems
- Deliver timely, high-quality responses across phone, email, text, and video platforms while meeting speed-to-response and service standards
- Support student success by resolving barriers, providing guidance on admissions steps, and acting as a key point of contact throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal departments to support registration, advising, transfer credit questions, and onboarding processes
- Participate in recruitment events, presentations, and outreach activities to generate leads and expand student engagement
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in admissions, advising, coaching, or consultative sales
- Experience working in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a positive and adaptable attitude
