In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of complex SAP systems that enable critical business operations across international environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate functional needs into robust SAP solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery across development and configuration activities. The position involves hands-on work across ABAP, SAP UI5, and integration technologies, with opportunities to contribute to large-scale enhancements and new implementations. You will play a key role in improving system performance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting end-to-end SAP processes. This is a highly collaborative role where you will engage with global teams, including colleagues based in the U.S. The position also offers opportunities to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership on key initiatives.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions.
• Perform detailed analysis and design of SAP systems based on functional and business needs.
• Develop technical specifications, solution designs, and accurate effort estimates for SAP development activities.
• Configure, customize, and develop SAP applications using ABAP, SAP UI5, and related technologies.
• Support master data processes including preparation, cleansing, migration, and validation activities.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify system improvements, propose enhancements, and support continuous optimization of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve integration, system, and data-related issues.
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects and guide development best practices.
• Mentor and support junior SAP developers, sharing knowledge and expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in application design, development, configuration, and support, including at least 3+ years in SAP environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP development using ABAP and related tools.
• Experience with SAP modules such as SD, ECC, S/4HANA, C4C, or NetWeaver is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP UI5, WebDynPro for ABAP, and web-based or .NET integration technologies.
• Experience developing and integrating SAP systems with external platforms and services.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead small to large development initiatives.
