Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Product in United States.
This is a high-impact, hands-on product leadership role focused on defining what gets built and ensuring it delivers measurable customer and business outcomes. You will operate at the center of product decision-making, transforming customer behavior, usage data, and support signals into clear product direction across multiple areas. Rather than managing a traditional roadmap process, you will act as a product owner of outcomes—deciding priorities, shaping bets, and continuously refining direction based on real-world feedback. You will collaborate closely with engineering and executive leadership, including operating company leaders, to translate deep customer insight into scalable product decisions. The environment is fast-moving, data-informed, and highly execution-oriented, with strong emphasis on speed, clarity, and impact. AI is a core part of the workflow, used to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
- Define and drive product direction across multiple product areas by translating customer behavior, support insights, and usage data into clear, actionable product decisions
- Identify high-impact product opportunities, including whether to build, merge, or reposition features based on real usage patterns and market signals
- Partner closely with business and operating leaders to convert customer insights into prioritized product bets that improve retention, engagement, and outcomes
- Stay deeply connected to execution by shaping requirements, making trade-offs with engineering, and ensuring decisions translate into shipped products
- Leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on product ideas, improving speed and quality of decision-making
- Advocate for the end user by analyzing real product usage and ensuring decisions reflect actual customer needs rather than assumptions
Requirements:
- Proven experience making high-stakes product decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, ideally in early-stage or 0-to-1 product settings
- Strong product judgment with a track record of defining what to build—and what not to build—to drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience working with or building AI-enabled products, or using AI tools within the product development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to turn qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating without rigid structure or extensive process
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and executive stakeholders in a highly execution-focused environment
- Customer-first approach, with experience using direct user insights to guide product decisions
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 depending on experience
- Flexible unlimited paid time off and company-wide holidays
- Employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
- $1,950 annual HSA contribution from the employer
- Flexible spending account options, including dependent care
- Employee assistance program and mental health support resources
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching (Traditional and Roth options)
- $1,200 annual wellness reimbursement supporting fitness, family care, pets, and more
- Remote-first work environment within the United States
- Quarterly on-site gatherings in Las Vegas
- Access to a modern headquarters gym for visiting or local employees.
