This role sits at the center of high-value strategic partnerships, managing and expanding relationships with some of the most important platform and enterprise customers in the digital economy. You will act as both a trusted advisor and commercial leader, guiding complex, multi-stakeholder engagements that span product, engineering, finance, and executive teams. The position blends account leadership, technical fluency, and strategic sales execution, with a strong focus on driving platform adoption and long-term revenue growth. You will oversee a portfolio of key accounts, shape joint business strategies, and identify new opportunities for expansion across product ecosystems. Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you will influence roadmap decisions, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure partner success at scale. This is a high-impact role where relationship depth and strategic thinking directly shape business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts, acting as the primary relationship lead across business, technical, and executive stakeholders while ensuring long-term partnership success.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and partnership strategies that drive platform adoption, revenue expansion, and deeper product integration across partner ecosystems.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and multi-product deal structuring, aligning partner incentives with long-term growth objectives and business priorities.
  • Drive account growth through retention, cross-sell opportunities, pipeline management, forecasting, and identification of new use cases within existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Solutions Engineering) to execute partnership initiatives and resolve operational needs efficiently.
  • Serve as a senior-facing representative in executive discussions, delivering business reviews, strategic presentations, and roadmap-aligned partnership narratives.
  • Provide market insights and feedback loops to inform product strategy and enhance the overall platform ecosystem approach.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management within technology, SaaS, internet, or payments environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts or leading high-impact partnership initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, APIs, developer products, and solution-based selling models.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across technical, commercial, and executive levels.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability, comfortable engaging both technical teams and C-suite executives.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while prioritizing effectively across competing demands.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with a strong focus on relationship-building, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Preferred: Experience in payments, financial infrastructure, or developer platforms, and success in Tier 1 account expansion and cross-sell strategies.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior enterprise sales and partnership roles.
  • Performance-based incentives and potential equity participation.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting remote and hybrid collaboration.
  • Opportunities to work on high-impact global accounts and strategic platform partnerships.
  • Strong professional development environment with exposure to executive-level decision-making and product strategy.
  • Inclusive, fast-moving culture focused on innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
