This role sits at the intersection of spatial design, storytelling, and experiential creativity, where you will transform abstract concepts into immersive 3D environments for high-impact events and brand experiences. You will be responsible for shaping the visual and spatial identity of international activations, conferences, and experiential projects. Working in a highly collaborative creative studio environment, you will partner with multidisciplinary teams to bring bold ideas to life while ensuring feasibility and production readiness. The role requires a strong balance between artistic vision and technical precision, with ownership across concept development through to final execution. You will contribute to pitches, client presentations, and global projects, helping define how audiences experience brands in physical space. This is a senior creative position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, idea-driven environments and enjoys turning imagination into tangible experiences.

• Lead the creation of innovative 3D environmental and spatial concepts for events, activations, conferences, and immersive brand experiences.
• Translate creative ideas into detailed spatial designs, layouts, and high-quality 3D visualizations ready for presentation and execution.
• Drive the creative direction of event spaces during pitches, client presentations, and international experiential projects.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including designers, motion artists, copywriters, and technical production teams.
• Develop compelling visual storytelling materials such as sketches, mood boards, 3D models, and client-facing presentations.
• Ensure alignment between creative vision, strategic objectives, and real-world production feasibility.
• Guide external partners and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of design intent across build and delivery phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in 3D event or experiential design within a creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution of immersive spatial experiences (portfolio required).
• Advanced proficiency in 3D tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Cinema 4D, or equivalent software.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint for concept development and presentations.
• Proven ability to present and sell creative concepts confidently to internal teams and senior clients.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling spatial narratives.
• Strategic mindset with an understanding of client needs, brand context, and experiential goals.
• Excellent balance between storytelling, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset with strong ownership and team spirit.
• Experience in experiential marketing or live event production is a strong advantage.
