Job Summary:
Seeking a QA/Test Lead to define and drive the overall quality assurance strategy, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. This role leads testing across the SDLC, establishes QA standards, and collaborates with development, product, and business teams. Experience building a QA program (standards, templates, best practices) is required.

• Own QA strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting
• Lead functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
• Develop test plans, cases, and traceability matrices
• Manage defects, test environments, and release readiness
• Coordinate QA efforts across teams and vendors
• Establish QA standards, governance, and best practices

• 5+ years in QA/testing; 3+ years in QA/Test Lead role
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall
• Experience with test management & automation tools
• Hands-on UAT experience with business stakeholders
• Experience in clinical healthcare environments
