Accounts Payable Coordinator at Campbell Companies – Murray, Utah

ICM Solutions, a leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing team in Murray, UT. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a key member of the Finance team, reporting directly to our Controller. The primary function of this role will provide timely and accurate posting of invoices into the accounting system for vendor payment.

This is an on-site position — you must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
• Code A/P transactions to correct accounts
• Obtain buyer invoice approvals
• Ensure monthly statements are cleared and any issues are resolved
• Assist purchasers with PO system
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers (both internal and external)
• Process A/P emails to AVID
• Complete vendor credit applications
• Enter Demand checks and process them for payment
• Performs all other duties as assigned
• Clear AVID capture in-tray and assign appropriately
• Enter APAD entries from bank statement and match to invoices

• Work safely in all aspects of the position
• Experience processing and posting Accounts Payable (1 year)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AP automation tools
• Accounting higher education
• Experience reconciling bank accounts
• Experience in the heavy equipment or parts sales industry
