Shipping & Receiving Associate – Help Wanted

We are a zinc plating and metal finishing company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a shipping and receiving role. This position is critical to ensuring customer parts are handled accurately and shipped on time.

Responsibilities:

• Package plated parts to prevent damage during transit
• Verify part counts and match to packing slips and work orders
• Inspect parts for obvious quality issues before shipment
• Load/unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Keep shipping area clean, organized, and efficient
• Communicate with office staff and production leads on order status

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable attendance and consistent work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
