Supervisor - 2nd Shift at Schnellecke – Chattanooga, Tennessee

Job Summary:

The Supervisor - 2nd shift is responsible for providing daily operational leadership to team member while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high performing work environment. This role supports all aspects of warehouse operations, including safety compliance, performance management, process improvement, and achievement of customer care and production goals within the Chattanooga, TN facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members follow company and regulatory safety standards.

- Apply core business technologies and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and best practices across operations.

-Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.

-Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and workload expectations.

-Manage and allocate resources to meet daily production and operational goals.

-Oversee operational workflows to ensure alignment with service level agreements.

-Monito and validate operational performances to ensure quality standards and KPI's are consistently achieved.

-Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to support development and accountability.

- Assist with planning, reporting, and budget related activities as needed.

-Must have the ability to work 2nd shift hours 3:30pm - 12:00am and overtime as required

-Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

-Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing supervision preferred

-Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

-Data entry and computer skills may be required

-Must be Fluent in English

-Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours and overtime as needed
