We’re looking for an ERP Systems Manager to own and evolve our NetSuite environment—ensuring our systems scale as we grow while staying efficient, secure, and user-friendly.

What You’ll Own
- NetSuite leadership: Administration, configuration, workflows, reporting
- System strategy: Drive roadmap, optimization, and scalability
- Cross-functional impact: Partner with Finance, Ops, Warehouse, and IT
- Integrations & data: Ensure seamless system connections and data integrity
- Projects: Lead enhancements, upgrades, and implementations
- User enablement: Training, support, and documentation
What You Bring
- 5+ years in NetSuite administration or ERP systems
- NetSuite Administrator Certification (required)
- Strong SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder experience
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration
- Solid SQL/data analysis skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and influence across teams
Bonus: Retail/e-commerce experience, WMS knowledge, NetSuite certifications, or full implementation experience
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $110,000 + bonus eligibility
