SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours per week
• Tues/Wed/Thurs 12:00-8:00, and alternating Sat/Sun 8:30-5:00,
• Fridays 11:00-5:00 are also available

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• +1 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental/health office administration and experience preferred
• Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator is considered an asset
• Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
