As our Director of Rooms, youre the mastermind behind smooth stays and unforgettable guest experiences. Youll lead the charge across the Rooms Divisionincluding Front Office, Concierge, Guest Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet Laundry, and Valet Parkingmaking sure every detail is dialed in. From maximizing revenue to keeping service standards sky-high, youre the go-to for seamless operations and happy guests. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Captain of Inspiration: Guide the Rooms Division team with clarity and confidence, creating a culture where excellence and top-tier service are the normnot the exception.
  • Talent Builder Extraordinaire: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing crew. Youre all about setting people up for success and keeping operations smooth, efficient, and aligned with company standards.
  • Chief Problem Solver & Connector: Tackle challenges before they become problems and keep communication flowingwhether its with guests, team members, or other departments. Youre the glue that keeps everything connected.
  • Maestro of Order & Efficiency: Manage budgets, analyze performance, and keep everythingfrom staffing to systemsrunning like a well-oiled machine. With your tech savvy and sharp eye for detail, nothing slips through the cracks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Valid driver's license from the applicable state.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
