Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to improve the productivity and performance of the business.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to exceed customers' expectations.
- Lead the integration of tech enhancements related to driver, customer and operational teams.
- Create and sustain a high-performance environment through processes and actions.
- Exercise situational leadership when working with various teams in the organization.
- Initiate and lead process improvement opportunities.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field required.
- Minimum seven years of transportation or logistics experience required.
- Operations background is preferred.
- Able to foster productive relationships with internal and external customers.
