Our 5 Star Spa is looking for a Spa Facilitator to join our 5 Star team!

The Spa Facilitator is responsible for greeting and orientating guests to the spa facilities and providing personal guest service. They are also responsible for keeping the lounge and locker areas neat, clean, and stocked with all amenities. You can earn between $20- $21 per hour. This position starting rate of $11.00 an hour plus gratuities, with additional opportunities for commission.

Job Functions:

• Issue spa amenities and escort guests to lockers.
• Provide orientation and explain spa amenities.
• Maintain a clean and safe spa environment.
• Stock and monitor locker room supplies.
• Review and manage guest schedules.
• Promote spa services and retail offerings.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Attend training and staff meetings as required.
• Assist in spa operations as needed.
• Report incidents to management promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in workplace language.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Availability for weekends and holidays.
