About the Role

The AI Product Manager defines the roadmap for the BRG AI platform and ensures that AI tools solve real consulting problems and are adopted across practice groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap for AI platforms

• Translate consulting workflows into product requirements

• Prioritize features based on business impact

• Coordinate engineering and consulting teams

• Drive adoption of AI tools across the organization

Qualifications

• 7+ years product management experience

• Experience with enterprise software or AI platforms

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Understanding of consulting or professional services workflows

• Strong English language skills both written and verbal

• Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
