And we’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant - Full Time to start immediately
Industry: Real Estate / Property Management
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST
Estimated start date: TBA
Tasks:
Monitor and respond to phone calls/texts from tenants (maintenance requests, payment inquiries, late rent notifications)
Help tenants with portal access and guide them through submitting maintenance tickets
Schedule property tours and coordinate with team members
Data entry and communication management in Rent Manager software
Respond to inquiries on Zillow and other listing platforms
Manage Airbnb and Pad Split platform communications

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
