Position Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, mentor and motivate the sales team, and ensure customers receive a high-quality buying experience. This role requires strong leadership, automotive sales expertise, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage daily sales operations including inventory, pricing strategy, and customer flow
  • Train sales consultants on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service standards
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
  • Work closely with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Handle customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • Develop promotional strategies and sales initiatives to drive dealership growth
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of automotive sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership management software
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
