About This Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for handling all inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating carriers, verifying inventory, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Shipping experience.
What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, review, and process shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels)
  • Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy in quantity, part numbers, and condition
  • Coordinate daily shipments with carriers
  • Schedule pickups and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Operate forklift when needed
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP system
  • Communicate with production, customer service, and receiving teams to ensure order accuracy
  • Inspect and package products to prevent damage during transit
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and shipping regulations
  • Willingness to assist in other duties assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of shipping experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends, as needed
  • Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-5:00pm, weekends as needed
Compensation: Depending on experience
This position is located in East Downtown Houston, 77011.
Must pass drug screen and background check prior to employment offer.
