About This Position

The Position

CallRail is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the Talent and Culture team. This is a hybrid role located in our Downtown Atlanta office. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring CallRails commitment to hiring high quality candidates and achieving our hiring goals. Our preference is someone with experience in internal or agency recruitment, sales or HR with a demonstrated understanding of the recruitment process. While recruiting will be your top priority we are looking for someone who is willing to jump into other projects in Talent & Culture during slower recruiting times.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with multiple hiring managers across various departments to ensure understanding of roles and appropriate job descriptions
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Manage the full life cycle of a candidate; from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, etc.
  • Assess candidates hard and soft skills through a combination or behavioral interview and competency-based evaluations
  • Maintain strong and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process, prioritizing inclusive and welcoming hiring practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to aid in hiring decisions
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Understand the technical market where you are located, remain knowledgeable about compensation benefits packages, recruiting strategies, and competition
  • Proactively look for ways to improve upon recruiting processes
  • Occasionally represent CallRail at recruiting events
  • Personally manage the end to end recruitment delivery of vacancies in the business
  • Internal business owner for both Greenhouse, Culpepper & Guide
What You'll Need
  • Preference for candidates with experience in internal or agency recruitment, or HR with a demonstrated understanding of the recruitment process
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service, professional and friendly demeanor
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Reputation for integrity and dedicated work ethic with a desire for ownership of process and deliverable success

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on a hybrid schedule.
