How you will make an impact
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and work environment.
- Conduct tool check-in/check-out processes and assist with quarterly tool audits.
- Inspect returned tools and equipment, tag damaged items, and initiate repair work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on warehouse tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Operate and maintain equipment including forklifts, welding machines, bandsaws, and ironworkers.
- Perform basic electrical wiring (480v 3-phase, 240v single-phase, 120v systems) and standardize power connections as needed.
- Maintain trailers (12-volt systems, brakes, lumber boards, bearings, tires) and ensure readiness for use.
- Support fleet management by performing vehicle inspections, tracking service schedules, and maintaining clean, safe vehicles.
- Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups, including bumper-pull and gooseneck trailers (20–40 ft).
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and ensure equipment is stored securely after use.
What You Need to Succeed
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.
- Basic mechanical or tool knowledge a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and trailers.
- Team player with a safety-first mindset.
