Compensation: $50,000–$53,000 annually + monthly bonus opportunity up to $700
Modality: On-site – West Valley
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with lessees to understand reasons for account delinquency and negotiating repayment plans or alternatives to repossession.
• Taking escalation calls and resolving complex collection or repossession situations.
• Locating and recovering assets using skip tracing tools and investigative techniques.
• Ensuring recovery operations comply with federal and state regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Documenting repossession activities, customer interactions, and asset condition accurately in internal systems.
• Assisting with training and mentoring team members on collections best practices and compliance standards.
• Staying current with internal policies and regulatory changes impacting collections and asset recovery.
• Managing a structured caseload independently while achieving productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborating with leadership on recovery strategies, reporting insights, and process improvements.
• Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

What you have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in collections, account resolution, or customer contact roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage escalated or complex customer situations with professionalism
• Experience using skip tracing tools or investigative research platforms
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining compliance standards

What will make you stand out

• Experience in asset recovery, leasing, or financial services industries
• Training or certification in collections, skip tracing, or FDCPA compliance
• 5+ years of experience in collections or repossession roles
