Responsibilities
Summary:
The Associate Product Manager, Services Solutions & Technology supports the growth of Sarnova’s Services & Solutions portfolio through execution of product lifecycle activities, market analysis, and crossfunctional coordination. This role plays a key part in helping manage technologyenabled service offerings, solution bundles, and programs that support Sarnova’s Emergency Preparedness and Services business lines.
This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, curiosity, and an ability to thrive in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, this position helps drive the success of a specialized portfolio that includes service programs, technology platforms, and operational readiness solutions, and streamlined contract and process management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance, and execution of business plans for Services Solutions & Technology offerings
- Assist in management of pricing, product positioning, vendor relationships, and gotomarket strategies
- Participate in the lifecycle management of services and technology products, including updates, enhancements, customer feedback integration, and performance tracking
- Create and manage marketing materials and programs that promote service offerings, technology platforms, and bundled solutions (e.g., online content, sales collateral, trade show materials)
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to develop messaging that differentiates Sarnova’s solutions and drives adoption
- Help support crosspromotional activities with manufacturer partners, service vendors, and internal teams
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Support research activities and the development of insights that guide product strategy
- Monitor marketplace changes and provide recommendations to adjust plans and programs accordingly
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Customer Care to support seamless execution and delivery of services
- Assist with vendor communications and tracking of partner deliverables
- Support the preparation and execution of new service and technology launches, including documentation, internal coordination, and training support
- Contribute to sales team education by helping develop and deliver training resources related to the services and technology portfolio
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal product documentation and knowledgesharing materials
- Provide support for special projects, reporting, or other tasks as assigned by the Senior Product Manager
- Manage routine portfolio administrative tasks and maintain accurate data within internal systems
- Assist in streamlining and improving existing processes related to service and technology program administration
- Support the management of customerfacing contracts, including document organization, version control, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the contract lifecycle

Skills/Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of fulltime experience in product, project, program, or marketing support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and influence outcomes
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, spot trends, and support strategic decisions
- Demonstrated positive energy and ability to work in a fastpaced, changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/analytics tools; strong Excel skills required
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively, including in a hybrid or remote setting
