Accountabilities- Develop a strong understanding of key customer segments and markets, including librarians and researchers.
- Identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
- Create compelling persona-based value propositions and segment narratives.
- Develop and execute marketing programs supporting product launches and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to build and execute marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
- Create sales enablement tools and messaging briefs that enhance the buyer journey.
- Streamline content development processes and sales readiness efforts through collaboration.
- Partner with sales teams to improve commercial effectiveness through training and resources.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or product marketing, preferably in SaaS or academic sectors.
- Proven track record in go-to-market strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
- Understanding of marketing and sales alignment, familiar with Challenger Sales methodology.
- Experience creating enablement content, narratives, and digital marketing assets.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on using metrics for strategy optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
