CSA - Customer Service Associate

What you would do:

• Greet/assist customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Inspect vehicle and surrounding area pre-wash
• Guide vehicle safely into the tunnel entrance/tunnel flow management
• Occasional pre-wash of vehicle (spray down, scrub wheels)
• Frequent inspection of Wash grounds and clean up to maintain a neat and clean environment
• Frequent inspection of Wash equipment/preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning
• Interact professionally with both customers and team members
• Dry Off Vehicles and apply tire shine
• Perform other duties as the Wash requires
