- Lead and sponsor high-priority cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring disciplined execution until functional ownership is established.
- Partner with commercial leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy, revenue visibility, and pipeline health without replacing functional accountability.
- Maximize COO impact by ensuring operational follow-through, preparing investor and partner materials, and protecting executive time.
- Ensure consistent documentation, transparency, and performance tracking across all company priorities to support decision-making and organizational clarity.
- Stand up lightweight PMO capabilities and refine organizational processes as complexity grows.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in high-growth environments, including strategy, consulting, business operations, or operational leadership.
- Proven ability to build operating cadences, KPI frameworks, and accountability systems at scale.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Analytical fluency and comfort using data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bringing clarity to complex situations and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, resilience, and ability to navigate sensitive organizational matters.
- Experience in systematizing performance tracking, operating rhythms, and structured reporting to leadership teams.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary reflective of experience and market standards.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Flexible work-from-home options and PTO policies.
- Professional development budget and support for continuing education.
- Opportunity to work in a mission-driven, high-growth environment shaping healthcare accessibility and outcomes.
- Collaborative, global team culture with a focus on learning, innovation, and impact.
