Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. We are currently hiring for a dynamic Independently Licensed Therapist to work Part-Time in office taking intakes for the clinic in Glendale, AZ.
Primary responsibilities for Licensed Therapist include completing initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your & your teams panel(s); providing counseling, maintaining client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms), evaluating physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client, referring members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health, maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements, assessing for risk of harm to self and others and providing evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values. Independently Licensed, you will conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff. Additional responsibilities as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Active License in the state of Arizona
- Licensed clinician (required) (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (preferred)
- Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Bilingual (stipend)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) - Advanced MD preferred
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
*Qualifying licensing would include: (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
