POSITION SUMMARY
The Logan Road RV Park Manager is responsible for providing direct oversight and management of the RV Park. Performing a variety of RV Park management responsibilities.
Requirements:REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Earn Propane certification within ninety days.
- Earn basic first aid certification within ninety days.
- General knowledge of asset maintenance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite, experience in using software campground reservation system (Astra, Campground Manager, Digital Rez, Firefly, etc.) preferred.
- Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
- Preference given to those with the ability to live on-site within the resort. (Site included)
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License.
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Multi-tasking aptitude.
- Proactive problem solver.
- The selectee will be required to submit to a urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use before employment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct oversight and management for all facets of RV Park operations.
- Enforce the park’s rules and regulations.
- Responsible for ensuring guests receive the best customer service experience. Resolves guest issues/challenges including oversight of the evictions process through Tribal Court while maintaining positive guest relations.
- Supervises, trains, and coaches Resort staff based on STBC Management, LLC’s Parks’s policy, and procedures on a day-to-day basis.
- Meets with the STBC Management, LLC’s Assistant Property Manager and Chief Executive Office on a regular basis to provide status reports, discuss Park’s performance and make recommendations to improve park performance.
- Assists in development of the Park’s annual budget.
- Makes recommendations concerning changes to the RV Park’s rates and fees.
- Performs competitor analysis on a regular basis.
- Address and coordinate maintenance and landscaping needs and issues with STBC Management, LLC staff.
- Coordinates and manages all special events and related agreements for the RV Park.
- Performs cleaning duties in restrooms, laundry room, club house, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY CONTROLS
This position reports directly to the STBC Management, LLC CEO/Commercial Property Manager and uses independent judgment to carry out functions of position to meet stated requirements. Work is periodically reviewed for compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in an RV Park with a mix of office, and outside areas.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

- Selectee will need to provide valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
- Selectee understands that they must prove that they are authorized to work in the United States.
- Selectee will be subjected to a criminal history background check.
- Selectee authorizes the employing agency to verify the employment and education information provided on employment application.
- If hired, Selectee agrees to conform to all the STBC Management, LLC’s rules and policies.
AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT
This position is exempt and at-will, meaning that STBC and the employee may terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason and without notice.
