About the Role:
This role is specifically for a property management company that oversees multiple commercial and residential units in Central Texas.
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office management software such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding promptly to inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible and securely stored.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials required by management and team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff as needed.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth project execution and office functionality.
