Agronomy Applicator

Pro-Ag is seeking an Applicator & Ag Laborer to join the team at our Henning, MN location. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizer and chemicals to crops and performing various agricultural tasks. Regular hours during the off season will be around 40 hours a week and seasonal hours during the months of April-July will include evenings, weekends and overtime.

Pay range depending on experience is $24-$27 plus bonuses

Responsibilities:

Apply chemicals & fertilizer to crops using appropriate equipment and techniquesPerform various agricultural tasksMaintain and repair equipment as neededFollow all safety procedures and regulationsKeep accurate records of chemical applications and other tasks performed

Requirements:

Experience as an applicator is a plus but willing to trainKnowledge of agricultural practices and equipmentAbility to operate and maintain various types of equipmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license
