This role serves as an on-site representative responsible for supporting construction administration efforts and ensuring projects are executed in alignment with client expectations, project schedules, and quality standards. Acting as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams, this position helps maintain project momentum through consistent communication, field coordination, and oversight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment, with an interest in building systems and construction quality.

Your Impact:

• Ensure projects stay on schedule and the contractors on task
• Serve as a liaison between the client and contractor
• Serve as an on-site representative of a large A/E firm to represent owner’s interests in projects and contractor’s adherence to quality standards and schedules
• Interact with contractors and owners’ representatives daily

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 3+ years construction administration experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license; this position requires driving to job sites
• Strong documentation and verbal English communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

Here’s How You’ll Stand Out:

• Experience with building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, exterior walls, and façade assemblies

• Familiarity with building envelope inspections, testing, or commissioning processes

• Experience supporting roof or exterior envelope projects in K-12, municipal, or commercial environments

• Working knowledge of construction defect identification, moisture intrusion issues, or enclosure performance

• Experience reviewing submittals and shop drawings related to building envelope systems

• Understanding of applicable codes, standards, and best practices related to building envelope performance

• Ability to identify field issues related to installation quality and communicate corrective actions clearly

• Experience coordinating with contractors and consultants on envelope-related scopes of work

• Strong field documentation skills, including detailed reporting of site observations and deficiencies

• Certifications such as RRO, REWO, or other building envelope-related credentials (or progress toward obtaining them)
