Ready to take your recruiting game to the next level and make a real impact? Join PROCEPT’s Talent Attraction team as a Contract Senior Sales Recruiter (known as a Talent Advisor on our team!) and help us build a powerhouse team that’s changing the game for men with BPH.
We’re a fast-growing company in the medical robotics space, and we need a recruiting rockstar to help us find top talent across Sales and Commercial teams. You won’t just be filling roles—you’ll be a strategic hiring partner, working closely with leadership, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing top-notch candidates, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience from start to finish.

This position can be remote anywhere in the US, although central or east coast time zones are preferred.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
- Own Your Recruiting Game! As a full-cycle recruiter, you’re in the driver’s seat—managing your desk your way. We trust you to make the right calls, strategize, and independently meet the needs of the teams you support. You’ll have the freedom to get creative, move fast, and make an impact every step of the way.
- Be the Go-To Talent Advisor. You won’t just fill roles—you’ll guide hiring teams and candidates through a smooth, seamless hiring experience. From the first conversation to the final offer, you’ll be a trusted partner, offering solutions, insights, and support to make hiring effortless.
- Strategic Partner in Growth. Imagine sitting down with leaders across the Sales and Commercial teams, getting an inside scoop on their goals, and crafting hiring strategies that set them up for success. You’ll anticipate hiring needs before they arise and ensure teams are ready to grow with the best talent out there.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Commercial roles in a medical device company.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever), sourcing techniques, social media recruiting sites, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists in various interview formats, including behavioral and cultural questions.
- We need an industry guru on the all things happening in the med device sales space - knowing hiring trends, company histories, unique sourcing strategies, and the ability to speak the language of sales!
The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess
- Exceptionally strong communication skills and effective relationship management with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-demand sales organization and a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, managers, and the recruiting team.
- Approachable, action-oriented, with a high level of follow-through.
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
- A desire for and appreciation of feedback as part of continuous improvement as a recruiter and strategic business partner.
- A positive, transparent, and team-oriented approach to your work.
$50 - $60 an hour
