The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital link between field operations and management, supporting the delivery of critical heavy industrial projects like dams and waterways. This entry-level role offers deep exposure to real-world execution and a clear path for professional growth under the guidance of industry leaders. You will help build essential infrastructure while developing your skills in a high-performance culture rooted in craftsmanship and accountability.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Coordinate essential project documentation and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless field-to-office operations.

  • Maintain project schedules and cost tracking to keep complex mechanical installations on time and within budget.

  • Support field operations by managing procurement and material logistics for heavy industrial job sites.

  • Monitor safety and quality compliance to uphold the companys standards for craftsmanship and site security.

  • Execute project closeout procedures and maintain accurate records for dam gates, piping, and bulkhead systems.

  • Review technical drawings and specifications to assist the project management team in resolving logistical issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 02 years of experience in a construction or engineering environment.

  • Absolute willingness to travel frequently to various project assignments across the United States.

  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Demonstrated interest in hands-on field work and heavy industrial construction.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Procore and Bluebeam.

  • Experience with project scheduling tools and cost management processes.

  • Previous experience in field labor or site-based internships.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary & Growth: $60,000 starting salary with a predetermined $8,000 raise after the first year.

  • Bonus Structure: $4,000 signing bonus and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

  • Travel Support: $700 weekly job site per diem plus a $100 weekly vehicle allowance or company car.

  • Health & Wellness: 100% company-paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plus HSA contributions.

  • Financial Future: 401(k) retirement match up to 6% and a Student Loan Assistance Program.

  • Allowances: $75 monthly cell phone allowance and education savings match.
