This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth for a leading cloud-based payroll and HR SaaS solution tailored to enterprise clients. You will own complex enterprise-level accounts across the UK, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signature. The role sits at the intersection of consultative selling, product expertise, and strategic relationship management. You will work closely with SDRs, marketing, and product teams to build a strong pipeline and close high-value deals. Operating in a fast-paced, global remote environment, you’ll engage with senior stakeholders and influence payroll transformation decisions. This position offers the opportunity to shape customer success while directly contributing to revenue growth in a highly competitive market.
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise (ENT) accounts, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth across the UK market.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and post-sale handover.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline in collaboration with SDR and cross-functional sales teams.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and tailored presentations to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Continuously refine sales strategies and approaches to improve conversion rates and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and feedback loops.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on enterprise-level clients.
- Proven track record of selling HR tech or payroll SaaS solutions within the UK & Ireland enterprise segment (5,000+ employees).
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, HR technology, and UK labour laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated success as a hunter-type sales professional with strong closing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering demos to senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated to operate in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience working in global, remote, and cross-functional teams.
