Housekeeping Manager

At Darling Hospitality, we believe great hotels are built through strong leadership, clear systems, and teams that take pride in their work. We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager who leads from the front, takes ownership, and delivers consistent, high-quality execution every day.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both housekeeping and laundry operations.

What You'll Do

· Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations, including inspections, assignments, and workflow

• Actively support the team by cleaning rooms and assisting in laundry as needed
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and linens exceed brand standards
• Ensure all guest rooms are clean, guest-ready, and available accurately and on time
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong housekeeping and laundry team
• Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage labor scheduling based on occupancy and business demand
• Take ownership of Cost Per Occupied Room (CPOR), including labor and all related departmental expenses

What We're Looking For

• Hotel housekeeping experience with laundry experience required (leadership experience preferred)
• A leader who is hands-on, accountable, and consistent
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to motivate a team while holding them accountable
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and support the operation as needed
