Housekeeping Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both housekeeping and laundry operations.
What You'll Do
· Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations, including inspections, assignments, and workflow
- Actively support the team by cleaning rooms and assisting in laundry as needed
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and linens exceed brand standards
- Ensure all guest rooms are clean, guest-ready, and available accurately and on time
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong housekeeping and laundry team
- Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage labor scheduling based on occupancy and business demand
- Take ownership of Cost Per Occupied Room (CPOR), including labor and all related departmental expenses
What We're Looking For
- Hotel housekeeping experience with laundry experience required (leadership experience preferred)
- A leader who is hands-on, accountable, and consistent
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Ability to motivate a team while holding them accountable
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and support the operation as needed
