As part of a larger platform backed by Omnia Exterior Solutions, we are continuing to scale and are looking for a Sales Manager to lead from the front and drive growth.
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and performance goals. This is a hands-on, field-driven leadership role. You will be coaching reps, driving production, and building a high-performing team.
You will play a critical role in executing sales strategy, improving close rates, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience from first interaction through project handoff.
Requirements:- Lead, coach, and hold sales reps accountable to performance
- Drive revenue, close rates, and pipeline activity
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales reps
- Track KPIs and manage performance through CRM
- Partner with operations to ensure a strong customer experience
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in leadership
- Proven ability to drive team performance and revenue
- Experience in roofing, remodeling, or home services preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$180,000+ (uncapped)
