About the Role
SIRIS is seeking a Construction Administrator to support a VA Hospital project in Muskogee, OK.
This role supports complex federal healthcare construction projects where financial oversight, schedule performance, and compliance are critical. You will work closely with the Program Manager, VA client staff, and project stakeholders to provide analysis, reporting, and coordination across active construction efforts.
This is a high-visibility role supporting mission-critical infrastructure within a regulated federal environment.
What You’ll Do- Analyze and monitor project financial data, budget performance, and cost trends
- Review construction schedules and support progress and performance evaluations
- Participate in progress meetings and assist with issue identification and resolution
- Review testing, inspection, and quality assurance documentation for compliance
- Support claims administration, change management, and contract modifications
- Review contractor documentation and reported progress for alignment with construction documents and schedules
- Prepare analytical reports, correspondence, and program status updates
- Maintain tracking tools and reporting systems supporting program oversight
- Advise program leadership on construction administration best practices and compliance considerations
- Experience supporting complex construction projects in healthcare, federal, or institutional environments is highly valued
- Comfortable analyzing financial, schedule, and compliance data to support decision-making
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with program leadership, clients, and contractors
- Strong organizational and analytical mindset
- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrates accountability, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Required
- 3+ years of experience in construction administration, construction management, or a related field
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
- OSHA 30 certification is required for this role and must be maintained throughout employment
- Preferred
- Experience supporting federal or VA construction projects
- Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, or equivalent
- Experience working in regulated environments (federal, healthcare, institutional)
- Familiarity with project controls, QA/QC processes, and contract administration
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered
- A minimum of three (3) years of construction experience may substitute for a degree
- Familiarity with construction practices, scheduling, cost management, and change management
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in administrative, financial, and compliance matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
- Full-time onsite role at an active construction site and office environment
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Muskogee, OK)
